Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Artberry LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in our classes, workshops, or programs, you agree to the following:
1. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment.

Monthly programs are billed on a recurring basis each month (on the same date as the original purchase).

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
2. Makeup & Missed Classes

We offer 1 makeup class per month for absences due to illness or emergencies.

To be eligible for a makeup class, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.

Missed classes without timely notice (less than 12 hours) are not eligible for makeup.

Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for missed classes or partial attendance.

In case of studio closure or class cancellation by us, a full credit or refund will be offered.
4. Studio Behavior & Safety
-
We strive to create a safe, welcoming space for all children.

We reserve the right to dismiss a student from a class in case of unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior, after reasonable warning.
5. Media Release
By enrolling, you agree that photos or videos of your child may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers), unless you notify us in writing.
6. Contact & Communication
You may receive emails regarding your enrollment, class updates, and optional promotional announcements (if you opted in).

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
