Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 21, 2026
Last Updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to classes, camps, workshops, and other programs offered by Artberry LLC, unless different terms are specifically stated at the time of booking. By registering and submitting payment, the parent or guardian agrees to the following:

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed once payment is completed.

Weekly classes are offered in multi-week sessions and are paid for by session. Enrollment does not automatically renew. Registration for each new session must be completed separately.

Session dates, class times, pricing, and age requirements are listed on the applicable booking page.

2. Missed Classes & Make-Ups

Make-up classes are not offered for missed weekly classes.

Many Artberry projects are designed to continue over 2–3 classes, and different groups may be working on different projects or at different stages of the creative process.

Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be credited or transferred to another session.

If your child will be absent, please notify Artberry whenever possible.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Classes often begin with project instructions, demonstrations, or techniques that are important to the creative process.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may make it difficult for a student to fully participate or catch up with the group.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be received at least 15 days before the first day of the session or program.

Eligible refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable. Once a session or program has begun, no refunds, credits, or transfers are provided for cancellation, missed classes, or partial attendance.

Artberry understands that unexpected circumstances happen. Families are always welcome to reach out. Although exceptions cannot be guaranteed, Artberry will make a reasonable effort to find the best available solution when circumstances allow.

5. Studio Cancellations

Scheduled school breaks and studio closures are already reflected in session dates and pricing.

If Artberry must unexpectedly cancel an individual class, a make-up class, prorated credit, refund, or another appropriate arrangement will be offered.

If an entire program is canceled by Artberry before it begins, families will receive a full refund.

6. Behavior & Safety

Artberry strives to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming creative environment.

Students are expected to follow studio safety instructions and behave respectfully toward other students, the instructor, studio materials, and the space.

Artberry reserves the right to remove a student from a class or program if behavior creates an ongoing safety concern or significantly disrupts the experience of others.

7. Student Information

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information and notifying Artberry of allergies, medical considerations, behavioral needs, or other information that may be important for the student’s safety and participation.

8. Photos & Videos

Photos or videos of a child may be used on Artberry’s website, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials only when the parent or guardian has provided media permission during registration.

A parent or guardian may decline media permission without affecting the child’s participation.

9. Communication

Transactional emails or messages related to registration, scheduling, cancellations, or class updates may be sent as necessary.

Marketing emails and promotional announcements will only be sent to families who have opted in to receive them.

Questions may be sent to kristina@artberry.studio.

10. Changes to These Terms

Artberry LLC may update these Terms & Conditions when policies or services change. The most current version will be posted on the Artberry Creative Studio website.
