❓ What ages are your weekly classes for?

Our classes are designed for kids ages 4 to 12+, grouped by age and developmental stage to ensure the best creative experience.

❓ What if my child misses a class?

We offer one makeup class per month for absences due to illness or emergencies.

To be eligible for a makeup, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Missed classes without notice are not eligible for makeup.

❓ Do I need to re-enroll every month?

Nope! Enrollment is ongoing with monthly auto-renewal. Your card will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you choose to cancel.

❓ How can I cancel enrollment?

You can cancel anytime by sending us an email at least 14 days before your next billing date. After that, your spot will be released and billing will stop.

❓ Are all materials included?

Yes! We provide all art supplies — from paints and paper to brushes, clay, and more. Just dress your child in clothes that can get a little messy!

❓ What types of projects do kids make?

Children explore drawing, painting, sculpting, illustration, collage, and mixed media — all tailored to their age and skills. Projects are creative, educational, and fun!

❓ Can parents stay during class?

Our classes are drop-off only. This helps kids focus, build independence, and enjoy their creative time fully. If your child is new and shy, we’re happy to support the transition gently.

❓ How big are the groups?

We keep our groups small (up to 10 kids) to ensure plenty of personal attention and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

❓ How far in advance should I book a party?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

❓ What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel your party with at least 7 days’ notice. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future party date.

❓ Can I bring my own food and cake?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring cake, snacks, drinks, and other treats. Please avoid items that require heating or refrigeration.

❓ Can we decorate the space ourselves?

Our studio will be decorated with a fun color theme, but you’re welcome to bring your own decorations or goody bags. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

❓ Do you provide paper goods (plates, napkins, cups)?

Paper goods are not included in the base price but can be added as an optional upgrade for $25.

❓ How many kids can attend?

The base party packages include up to 10 or 12 kids, depending on the package.

❓ What kind of art projects do you offer?

We offer age-appropriate, guided art projects such as canvas painting, collage, mixed media, or themed crafts. You’ll get to choose your project in advance — or request a custom theme!

❓ Can siblings or parents stay during the party?

Yes, a few adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration, especially for younger children. Please note: the space is optimized and limited for kids, so there is no seating for adults inside the studio. We do, however, have additional tables and seats available outside the studio.

❓ What’s the party timeline like?

Typically:

10–15 minutes: Arrival & welcome
45–60 minutes: Art project
30–45 minutes: Cake, snacks, free drawing, photo time
5–10 minutes: Wrap-up & pick-up

❓ Do you offer outdoor parties or off-site events?

At the moment, all parties are held in our studio. We do not travel off-site.

❓ What ages are your camps for?

Our camps are designed for kids ages 6 to 11, with projects tailored to their age and abilities.

❓ What time do camps start and end?

Most camps run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, unless otherwise noted. Drop-off begins at 8:50 AM and pick-up is promptly at noon.

❓ What should my child bring?

Just a water bottle and a nut-free snack! We provide all art materials. Kids should wear comfortable clothes that can get messy.

❓ Are early drop-off or late pick-up options available?

At this time, we do not offer extended care. Please plan to drop off and pick up on time.

❓ What types of projects will my child do?

We explore painting, sculpting, mixed media, collage, printmaking, and more — always centered around fun seasonal or themed projects. Each camp day is packed with creativity, movement, and joy!

❓ Do you offer single-day workshops?

Yes! We host creative workshops throughout the year — perfect for school holidays or weekend fun. Check our schedule regularly or follow us on Instagram for updates.

❓ Can I get a refund if we change our plans?

Please review our Camp Policies. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance are refundable minus a small fee. Cancellations within 7–13 days get a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the camp or for missed days.

❓ My child is shy or has never attended an art class before — is this okay?

Absolutely! Our camps are welcoming and beginner-friendly. We gently encourage kids and adapt projects to support different experience levels.

❓ How does payment work for weekly classes?

When you enroll, you are automatically subscribed to a monthly payment plan. Your card will be charged every month on the same date as your original enrollment.

❓ Is my enrollment automatically renewed each month?

Yes. Enrollment is ongoing and your payment auto-renews monthly until you cancel. No need to re-register each month.

❓ How can I cancel enrollment?

To cancel, just send us an email at least 14 days before your next billing date. After that, your spot will be released and no further charges will occur.

❓ Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for missed classes, partial attendance, or late cancellations. Makeup classes are available once a month if proper notice is given (see our Makeup Policy).

❓ Can I pause my child’s enrollment?

We don’t offer pauses, but you can cancel at any time and re-enroll later, space permitting. Keep in mind that your child’s spot is not guaranteed after cancellation.

❓ What if my payment fails?

If a payment doesn’t go through, the system will notify you. Please update your payment information promptly to avoid losing your spot.

❓ How can I update my credit card or billing info?

You can log in to your Wix account (or payment portal) and update your payment details at any time. Or contact us and we’ll help you.
