Cancellation Policy

Weekly Classes – Policies & Guidelines ⸻ To help everything run smoothly for all families, please review our weekly class policies: ⸻ 1. Make-Up Class Policy We offer one make-up class per month. To be eligible, you must notify us of your child’s absence at least 12 hours before class starts. Late notifications or no-shows are not eligible for a make-up. Make-ups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for a specific day or time. ⸻ 2. Late Arrival Policy If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the class will be considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. This helps maintain the quality and flow of each session for all participants. ⸻ 3. Enrollment Cancellation To cancel your weekly enrollment, we require at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. This allows us to offer your spot to another student and adjust class sizes accordingly. ⸻ 4. Studio Holidays The studio observes all major holidays and will be closed on those days. Tuition is calculated based on the total number of classes per year and is averaged into equal monthly payments. So even if some months have fewer classes due to holidays, the monthly fee remains consistent. ⸻ 5. Billing & Auto-Renewal Your enrollment is set to auto-renew monthly. You may cancel your plan anytime through your account, in accordance with the cancellation notice period above. 6. Enrollment Holds / Pauses If you need a break, we offer a pause option. Remaining paid days will be saved and resume when you return. No charges occur during the pause.
