Camp Policies

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.

Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend early booking, as spots are limited to maintain small group sizes.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
-
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the first day of camp will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations made 7–13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
-
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before camp or for missed days.

If we need to cancel a camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off begins 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Please be on time for both drop-off and pick-up. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute may apply.
4. What to Bring
-
A water bottle and nut-free snack (if the camp includes a snack break).

Comfortable clothes that can get messy — we’ll be painting, sculpting, and exploring!

Please label all personal items. Artberry LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
5. Behavior & Safety

We create a kind, inclusive environment where all kids feel welcome.

If a child exhibits unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, parents will be notified and may be asked to pick the child up early.

No refunds are issued in the event of dismissal due to behavioral issues.
6. Makeup Days

Due to the short-term nature of camps, makeup days are not available for missed sessions.
7. Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos during camp for promotional use (social media, website, flyers).

If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing before camp begins.
8. Health & Illness
-
Please keep your child home if they are sick or showing symptoms of illness.

If a child becomes ill during camp, we will contact the parent or guardian for immediate pickup.

Missed days due to illness are not refundable, but we will try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
