Please review the following policies before registering for an Artberry Camp.

​

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at registration to reserve your child’s spot.

​

Camp spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is confirmed once payment is completed.

​

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 15 days before the first day of camp are eligible for a refund minus a 5% processing fee.

​

Cancellations made less than 15 days before camp begins are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated refunds are provided for missed or partially attended camp days.

​

I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can come up. Please reach out if your family is facing an unusual situation. While I cannot guarantee an exception, I will always do my best to find a reasonable solution when possible.

​

If Artberry cancels an entire camp, families will receive a full refund.

​

3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off begins approximately 10 minutes before camp starts.

​

Please arrive on time for pick-up. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute may apply for children picked up after the scheduled pick-up window.

​

Children may only leave with a parent, guardian, or authorized pick-up person provided during registration.

​

4. What to Bring

Please send your child with:

• A labeled water bottle

• A nut-free snack

• A nut-free lunch for full-day campers

• Comfortable clothes that can get messy

• Sunscreen applied before camp for outdoor activities
   

Please label personal belongings. Artberry is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

5. Health & Illness

Please keep your child home if they are sick, have a fever, are vomiting, or have symptoms of a contagious illness.

​

If a child becomes ill during camp, the parent or guardian will be contacted for prompt pick-up.

Missed camp days due to illness are non-refundable.

​

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies, medical considerations, accommodations, or other needs that may affect their child’s safety or participation.

6. Behavior & Safety

Artberry is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

​

Children are expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully toward other campers, the instructor, materials, and the studio.

​

If a child demonstrates unsafe, aggressive, or significantly disruptive behavior, the parent or guardian may be contacted and asked to pick the child up early. Continued or serious safety concerns may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

7. Missed Days & Make-Ups

Because camps are short-term programs with projects and activities planned specifically for each day, make-up days are not available.

​

Missed days cannot be transferred to another camp or credited toward a future program.

​

8. Outdoor Activities

Some camps may include supervised outdoor snack breaks, lunch, games, or activities near the studio.

​

Parents should notify Artberry during registration of any information that may affect their child’s ability to safely participate in outdoor activities.

​

9. Photos & Videos

Photos or videos may be taken during camp for Artberry’s website, social media, advertising, or promotional materials only when a parent or guardian has provided media permission during registration.

​

Declining media permission does not affect camp participation.

​

10. Schedule Changes

Camp schedules, project plans, and activities may be adjusted when needed based on weather, enrollment, materials, or other circumstances.

​

If Artberry unexpectedly cancels an individual camp day, a make-up day, prorated credit, refund, or another appropriate arrangement will be provided.
