1. Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.

• Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We recommend early booking, as spots are limited to maintain small group sizes.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the first day of camp will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before camp or for missed days.

• If we need to cancel a camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Drop-off begins 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Please be on time for both drop-off and pick-up. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute may apply.

4. What to Bring

• A water bottle and nut-free snack (if the camp includes a snack break).

• Comfortable clothes that can get messy — we’ll be painting, sculpting, and exploring!

• Please label all personal items. Artberry LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

5. Behavior & Safety

• We create a kind, inclusive environment where all kids feel welcome.

• If a child exhibits unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, parents will be notified and may be asked to pick the child up early.

• No refunds are issued in the event of dismissal due to behavioral issues.

6. Makeup Days

• Due to the short-term nature of camps, makeup days are not available for missed sessions.

​

7. Photos & Media

• We may take photos or videos during camp for promotional use (social media, website, flyers).

• If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing before camp begins.

8. Health & Illness

• Please keep your child home if they are sick or showing symptoms of illness.

• If a child becomes ill during camp, we will contact the parent or guardian for immediate pickup.

• Missed days due to illness are not refundable, but we will try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
